No. Rapid Invoice makes your quotes and invoices; it doesn't keep digital tax records or file anything with HMRC. If MTD applies to you, you'll use MTD software for the accounts side, and Rapid Invoice alongside it for the paperwork you hand to customers.
Completely. The app doesn't use the internet at all: no account, no cloud, no sync. Everything works in a basement, on a site with no signal, or in airplane mode.
